MODULE ONE: SELF REFLECTION

FINDING MEANINGFUL POSSIBILITIES IN A WAY THAT SUPPORTS & ENCOURAGES YOUR UNIQUE STRENGTHS

FIRST, SELF REFLECTION EXAMPLE

Finding a way forward

Discussion:
Think about a way forward for your life.

SECOND SELF REFLECTION EXAMPLE

Trusting our unconscious mind to bring us good ideas and insights.

THIRD: HOW TO DO SELF REFLECTION

New ideas and insights allow us to make good decisions and life choices. And this is an incredibly useful tool to help us achieve our goals and dreams. And to me by far my most important daily practice to find time for self-reflection and ask my unconscious questions.

How do I ASK THE UNCONSCIOUS QUESTIONS?

  • Find a place and time where we can cultivate a peaceful and quiet mind.
  • Feel into the future you are creating.
  • Be curious and ask:  What is the next step? What is a solution to a problem? Show me a way forward.
  • Invite and answer & listen.
  • Take action … the material for the unconscious to create insights.

Discussion:
What is a good idea to set a daily practice to ask my unconscious questions?

MODULE TWO: SELF-REFLECTION & CHOOSE YOURSELF TO THRIVE

“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”   Howard Turman

Taking time to do self-reflection and choosing yourself can be strategic.

Discussion:
Can you choose yourself, and prioritize your unique path, without losing what matters most?

Identify one area (personal or business) where you can prioritize your growth?

MODULE THREE: REVEAL THE GOLD WITHIN

“In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.
And that makes me happy. For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there’s something stronger – something better, pushing right back.” – Albert Camus

Discussion:

How you respond to challenges and obstacles is a work in progress as you become increasingly congruent with being the person worthy of that goal.
• Graduating from feelings of stuck TO be willing and flexible to see options.
• Graduating from the impact of rejection and serious setbacks TO knowing that family, colleagues and community provide a supportive environment.
• Graduating from the initial sense of isolation where you alone see the potential TO a sense of meaning as success becomes a reality.
• From the emotional charge that goes with high stress TO finding release and finding increasing comfort in your new world.

MODULE FOUR: AN ABUNDANT SELF IMAGE

How are you measuring your progress?

Measure the current against what could be. Against the ideal.
Are you dissatisfied with where you are now?

Measure yourself against yourself. Against where you were before.
Feel satisfied with your experience.
