Carl holds a postgraduate certificate in Clinical Psychology and has spent over 40 years committed to the study and practice of personal transformation, resilience, and leadership identity.

- His life includes a journey from low self-esteem to athletic discipline, culminating in winning an age-group World Championship at 42.
